Do you place your order, within the Netherlands, from monday till friday before 04.00 pm? Then you will have your order delivered the next business day. The estimated delivery time for orders to Belgium are 1-2 business days.
Do you want your order to be sent to another address because you are not at home? Enter the desired delivery address under the heading 'new address' during checkout. We provide you also the possibility to have your package delivered to a DPD pickup parcelshop. So that you can pick up your order when it suits you. You can choose this option during your ordering process.
We find it very important that you know when you will receive your order. That is why we make sure that you always get the following information by mail:

Do you prefer to pick up your order? Perfect Eyelash provides you the option to pick up your delivery at a DPD parcelshop within your neighborhood. Besides that, there is also the possibility that you pick up your order at our wholesale in Harderwijk.

The standard shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4,95. Do you place an order with a value above €25,00 (excl. VAT), we will ship your order for free. We also deliver packages outside the Netherlands. The shipping costs for a delivery to Belgium are € 9,95. You do not have to pay shipping costs when you place an order to be send to Belgium with a value above € 100,- (excl. VAT).

The exchange of an online discount code is simple. The first step is to go to your shopping cart and fill in the online discount code into the field 'discount code'. You add the online discount to by clicking on the 'plus' icon. After this step, the discount will be settled up with the total amount (excluding shipping costs).
Placing your order is very simple and can by registration as a professional.
You can create an account during the ordering process. All you have to do is following the steps that are indicated on your screen. You can also choose to create an account before placing an order. To create an account, click login at the top right of the page. Then click on register and then you can enter your details. Once you are logged in, you can place an order and benefit from having a registered account.
Perfect Eyelash offers professional eyelash and eyebrow products. Our professional customers mainly consist of eyelash stylists, beauty salons, and hair salons. Our professional products are for personal use in your salon but also for sale. Are you active in the beauty industry and in possession of a valid Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number? Then you can create an account for professionals, purchase our products at purchase prices and take advantage of benefits. Create your professional account on the website and send the request. Once the application has been sent, we will take care of processing the application. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours (2 business days) for the application to be confirmed.
As a consumer, you can not buy products in the webshop. You need to be registered as a professional for buying products at perfecteyelash.com.
After you have placed an order you will receive an e-mail from us with your order confirmation. Did you not receive this e-mail? Check your SPAM box. If you can not find it there, probably something has gone wrong with filling in your details. Check in your account if your mail address correct is.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to place an order by phone. This can only be done online with your account. So that we have the right information immediately and we can make your purchase in order.

As soon as possible and no later than 14 days after dissolution (at the moment that we have been informed that you want to return something) we will refund the entire purchase price (incl. any shipping costs for the forwarding). We may wait to pay you back until we have received the product(s) or until you have shown that the products have been returned (whichever comes sooner).
How you receive the purchase amount back is dependent on the original payment method. The original method also reimburses.

Go to perfecteyelash.com/academy and choose the desired training. Then click on the "Book training" button, select the desired training, location and you will see an agenda overview of this training and location.
Did you not receive a confirmation e-mail from your registration? Always check your SPAM / JUNK box, unfortunately, the confirmations sometimes disappear in these folders. Don't worry, you can always find the mail. If this is not the case, contact our customer service on +31341 - 764035.
You have to arrange a model for the training yourself. Are you unable to do this? Then we can arrange this for you, provided that this is notified to us 14 days in advance of the training.
The address of the training is stated in the confirmation e-mail. You can also find the information about our studio-locations on www.perfecteyelash.com under the heading 'Studio-locations'.
Do you want to cancel your planned training? This must be canceled at least 14 days in advance. For this we ask you to contact our customer service via training@perfecteyelash.com or +31341 - 764035. If we receive your cancellation at least 14 days before the start of the training, you will receive the amount of money you already have paid back. If you cancel within 14 days before the start of the training, we are forced to charge 40% of the costs.
We will charge 40% of the costs for the course when you do not show up. The registration must be canceled at least 14 days in advance.
We would like to make the payment as easy as possible for you *. That is why we offer you three different ways to pay for your training. See the overview below:

To confirm the registration of the training we ask you to pay a deposit of at least € 50,-. This deposit is required to reserve your training place. If you do not make a deposit, the registration will be canceled.
If you choose to make the deposit only, there are two options to pay the remaining amount of money:
The invoice is attached as an attachment in your confirmation e-mail. Always check your SPAM / JUNK box, unfortunately, the e-mails sometimes disappear in these folders. Don't worry, you can always find the mail. If this is not the case, send an e-mail to training@perfecteyelash.com and we will send the invoice again.
If no deposit has been received after 8 hours after registration, you will receive a reminder as an e-mail with a payment link. If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours, the registration will be canceled automatically.
We only offer a term arrangement for the Microblading training.
Exchanging an online discount code is easy. The first step is to go to your shopping cart and there you will see a field where you can enter the discount code. Enter the discount code here and add the discount code by clicking on the 'plus' icon. After this step, the discount will only be deducted from the total amount.

One by One means that one extension is placed on one real eyelash. With Russian Volume a fan is made of multiple extensions and placed on one real eyelash. Do you have doubts about which look you want to choose? Feel free to call, our stylists give you the best advice!
This can have several causes, such as the weather, hormones, the growth cycle of your own lashes or dealing with the eyelash extensions. We recommend carefully following the aftercare note, which you will receive after the treatment. Do you still worry? Feel free to call the studio where you have got your treatment.
Your eyelash extensions will last six to eight weeks. This means that the last hairs fall out after six to eight weeks. The falling out of the hair has to do with the natural growth cycle of your own lashes.
We provide your eyelash hair for hair of an extension. We attach the extensions with a specially developed formaldehyde-free adhesive for this method.
We place approximately 100 to 120 eyelash extensions on each eye. This depends on your own natural lashes.
You can book your appointment easily online by the 'make online appointment' button. You choose your studio-location, treatment, stylist and time yourself. We ask a deposit of € 10,- for booking your appointment online. You can also call the studio-location you prefer to make an appointment.
If you wish to cancel within 48 hours prior to the treatment(s), we reserve the right to charge 50% of the costs of the treatment(s).
At all our studios it is possible to pay with cash and a debit card.
If your contact details are known in our system, you will receive an invoice of your treatment and any purchased products digitally by e-mail immediately after the payment.
